At Ziluce, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request warranty service.


1. Warranty Coverage

Ziluce provides a limited warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use:

  • Smart Litter Boxes & Electronic Products: 9-month limited warranty from the date of delivery
  • Dog Ramps & Pet Furniture: 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to products purchased directly from zilucepet.com or authorized Ziluce sellers.


2. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, including:

  • Product malfunction due to manufacturing defect
  • Electrical or mechanical failure under normal use (for electronic products)
  • Structural defects that affect normal use (for dog ramps and pet furniture)

If a valid warranty claim is approved, Ziluce may, at its discretion:

  • Provide a replacement part
  • Replace the product
  • Offer a partial or full refund

3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Damage caused by failure to follow instructions or user manual
  • Damage caused by accidents, pets chewing or scratching, or environmental factors
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Products used for commercial purposes

4. How to Request Warranty Service

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the problem
  • Your current shipping address (if replacement may be required)

5. Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • If the claim is approved and the issue is confirmed to be covered, Ziluce will cover the cost of replacement parts or replacement shipment.
  • If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will inform you of available paid repair or replacement options.

6. Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Ziluce. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this limited warranty to the extent permitted by law.
