Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Tracking details are usually available within 24 hours after shipment

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse via FedEx, USPS, or other trusted carriers.

Delivery Updates & Delays

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to refresh. Delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier operations. If your order is marked as Delivered but not received, please allow up to 24 hours and check around your delivery location.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Ziluce is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
