Tax Free

All orders placed on Zilucepet.com are tax free. No sales tax is charged at checkout. The total you see at checkout is the final amount you pay (excluding any special surcharges such as Alaska or Hawaii shipping fees, if applicable).

Order Processing Time

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Ziluce is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.


PO Box & Restricted Addresses

  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
  • We are unable to deliver to certain restricted or inaccessible locations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order on our Tracking Order page.

If your tracking shows no movement for several days, please allow additional time as carriers may experience delays outside of our control.
